Shipping & Delivery

As we do not incorporate a shipping percentage into our product pricing prior to market, no hidden freight costs are built into our cost of goods.

Shipping costs are calculated separately based on destination and order size.

Customers may arrange:

• Warehouse collection

•  Local delivery (Please note that PNA Imports is not authorised to access residential premises or client job sites. Deliveries will be completed at street level only)

• Third-party freight

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. PNA Imports is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers or external factors.

Residential and Rural orders may incur additional charges.  

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once goods leave the PNA Imports warehouse.
